Date and Time: 10 AM to 4 PM; 17, 18 & 19.03.2025.

General Guidelines:

Shortlisting for Document Verification does not guarantee selection for the post. This process is only for verifying qualifications and other submitted documents.
The number of candidates called for document verification exceeds the number of vacancies; the final appointments will be made as per the approval of the Director, SGPGI.
Relatives or well-wishers of candidates are strictly not allowed in the verification area.
Candidates must reach on their scheduled date for document verification.
If a candidate fails to appear on time, they may report the next day. However, failure to complete the process as required will lead to the cancellation of candidature without further communication.

In Case of Missing Documents:

Candidates with missing or inadequate documents must submit the verified copies within 7 days using the prescribed Undertaking Form.
Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of candidature.
